Var Up Switch to a higher variation (if present in the current style). E.g. from Main B to Main C.
Var Down Switch to a lower variation in the current style. E.g. from Main C to Main B.
Fill In Play a Fill In and then continue with the current variation
Intro/ Ending Play the ending variation that matches the current main variation and then stop the accompaniment. If the accompaniment is already stopped or playing an ending then switch to an intro variation."
Start/ Stop Start (without chord, drums only) and stop the accompaniment.
Intro A Switch to style variation Intro A. After that continue with variation Main A.
Main A Switch to style variation Main A.

Melody vol up Increase the volume (loudness) of the notes played with the right hand on the keyboard.
Melody vol dn Decrease the volume (loudness) of the notes played with the right hand on the keyboard.
Accomp vol up Increase the volume (loudness) of the accompaniment notes.
Accomp vol dn Decrease the volume (loudness) of the accompaniment notes.
Drums vol up Increase the volume (loudness) of the drum notes in the accompaniment.
Drums vol dn Decrease the volume (loudness) of the drum notes in the accompaniment.
Bass vol up Increase the volume (loudness) of the bass notes in the accompaniment.
Bass vol dn Decrease the volume (loudness) of the bass notes in the accompaniment.
Other vol up Increase the volume (loudness) of the other instruments (not bass or drums) in the accompaniment.
Other vol dn Decrease the volume (loudness) of the other instruments (not bass or drums) in the accompaniment.
Tempo up Increase the tempo of the accompaniment.
Tempo down Decrease the tempo of the accompaniment.
Transp up Increase the pitch of all notes of the accompaniment and right hand melody by 1 semitone.
Transp down Decrease the pitch of all notes of the accompaniment and right hand melody by 1 semitone.
Left on/off Switch left hand voices on/off. When left hand voices are switched on then the keys pressed in the chord area will not just trigger chord changes in the accompaniment, but will sound individually with the instrument that is defined for the left hand voices for the current multivoice in the voices window.
Drums on/off Switch the drum track in the accompaniment on/off.
Bass on/off Switch the bass track in the accompaniment on/off.
Other on/off Switch the other tracks in the accompaniment (not drums or bass) on/off.
Tap tempo Set the tempo by tapping the beats with this key/controller.
Full fingrd Select chord recognition method is "full fingered". In full fingered mode you play all the keys of the chord.
Single fngr Y Select chord recognition method is "single finger" Yamaha standard.
Single fngr R Select chord recognition method is "single finger" Ronald standard.
Fingrd on bass Select chord recognition method is "fingered on bass". The lowest key pressed is the bass note.
Full keybrd Select chord recognition method is "full keyboard". There is no separate chord and melody area, chords are recognised everywhere on the keyboard.
Silence Stop "hanging" notes.
Pause/ restart Pause and resume playing of MIDI files and accompaniment. Can be used to play without accompaniment. While paused you can play the lefthand voices without starting the accompaniment. Chords will still be applied to the autoharmony of the righthand melody. If the ""confirm restart"" preference is active then the accompaniment will not restart when a chord is played after an ending until you press this key.
Free form Select chord recognition method is ""free form"". The accompaniment is played with the notes pressed in the chord area. Wether a valid chord or not.
Chord area After activating this function you can define the highest chord key of the chord area of you MIDI keyboard controller by pressing the key.
Fill In A Play Fill In A and repeat until the key is lifted (if triggered by a key). After that continue with the same Main variation as before.
Fill In B Play Fill In B and repeat until the key is lifted (if triggered by a key). After that continue with the same Main variation as before.
Fill In C Play Fill In C and repeat until the key is lifted (if triggered by a key). After that continue with the same Main variation as before.
Fill In D Play Fill In D and repeat until the key is lifted (if triggered by a key). After that continue with the same Main variation as before.
